Before the inspection begins there are a few items that will speed up the process

 

• Confirm with the current owner that the set date is acceptable

 

• Confirm that utilities are on (Electrical, Gas and Water). Please note that the inspection is a snap shot of the condition the dwelling is in on the day of the inspection so having all utilities on before the inspector arrives is important.

 

• Inspector will need the names and contact information of all that should receive a copy of the final reports

 

• Sign the Inspection Agreement.
