My standard home inspection is an evaluation of the home's visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components.  

 

I encourage you to be present during your inspection or be present towards the end so that we can go over any critical findings and safety issues.  If you cannot attend, feel free to call after you have received your report so that I can answer your questions and address any concerns you may have.

 

I use a tablet during my inspection to compile my findings for fast turnaround for your report.  Your inspection report will include narrative descriptions, check lists and digital photos.  Your report will be emailed to you within two business days.  We will be happy to send one to your real estate agent and I will also send your inspection reports to your local insurance agent as well.
